In my experience in web hosting the best billing script is WHMCS.

It is expensive but it really does do the trick.

Namecheap is best hosting provider according to me..
    I like their service.
    WHMCS is good.
    I never used Godaddy's hosting.
But my friend say that Godaddy is good too.

I think HawkHost would be the best because they are very reliable and many large forums & blogs run off of this host and have given many great reviews and such excellent feedback about this hosting site.

There are many hosting providers available and each one may be suitable as per the individual...Some may concentrate on the service, others on the cost and so on...so the difference of opinion will be there in the choice. Ofcourse going for a paid hosting will be a better choice that free hosting. In general to choose a good host...
    * First search in internet and get a list of SEO service providers that offer the service at your affordable cost.
    * Scrutinize amongst them based on their success rate, legit techniques, support, reliability, reputation etc.You can get a clear idea about the above factors from use reviews.
    * Talk to a representative of the selected one and if satisfied...signin with them.
Service providers like Thewebpole.com provide Search Engine Visibility Service through which they help the user to get the desired pagerank.

I am currently using Free Hosting, so I personally don't know. There are so many hosting provides out there. However, I have heard some good reviews about Name Cheap. I have a couple of friends that are currently using Paid hosting and they said Name Cheap is the best one.

WHMCS is good. It's not expensive based on the features that are available.

I do use Blesta, and is really good. Looks very nice and is easy to set your preference.

My favorite is HawkHost. I've heard that GoDaddy is pretty bad when it comes to hosting. I've heard that they overcrowd their servers and that many of the users of their service are spammers.

I say WHMCS is the best so far. Not that expensive actually since you can make more of it.
