Starting a web hosting business, recommendations?

    I am interested in starting a web hosting business and wanted to know what you guys would recommended to make it successful, I have a cPanel licence, VPS paid off for 1 year, WHMCS & a website theme.

    One of suggestion would be to have 24*7 services. Because that's one of basic need of every customer.

    Complementing this nice advice:
    Make sure you get more staff ready than what you think you might need, so even if you get a giant rush you still can deal with the customer's queries.

    Don't make a package that you might regret, make sure that what you offer is something you can keep offering to the people that take it. No one likes being taken away the things that convinced us to give you a fair shot.
    I think it would also be appreciated if you didn't use vague or tricky language for your promotions like "unlimited" "lifetime" and the like, by experience many of us are wary of such terms.

    market is very saturated. so dont expect quick buck.
    offer what you can support.
